Test: Diorshow Pump’n’Volume Mascara

Nobody can fool us when it comes to beauty hypes, in the case … the Hey Pretty team is totally DEDICATED when it comes to testing new products and trends. I can not say so much yet, but last week I got at least five eyelashes out for a coming blog post, more on that.

Today we take a look at one of the big hype products of the early summer – respectively Sandra, because after I tested the new Dior mascara for a few weeks, now she has her (already Bambi) eyelashes with the «inflated “Must-have mascara known.

A special highlight is the innovative packaging: The tube is flexible, so it can be compressed and thus distributes the product on the brush (that would be the “pump” part). Incidentally, this is provided with rather short pimples, so not so fluffy as the first Diorshow mascara.

In addition, the “kneading” of the mascara tube should keep the formulation of optimally fluid. A mixture of waxes and elastic powders will give the eyelashes intense volume.

So, but can the mascara also what?

Yes, she can! It delivers a really nice, dramatic volume for real wow eyelashes. The formulation may be slightly sticky, it may be advisable to have an eyelash brush ready in case something should lump.

I find the novel packaging very interesting and I am curious if the product lasts longer due to the regular kneading.

Dior has done so many things right again, so for example, the mascara launch ten new versions of the 5 Couleurs eyeshadow palettes are presented, as well as a new Diorshow Khôl (32 francs).
