One key part of hair care is choosing the right products to use. Quality is particularly important when it comes to heated styling tools such as tongs, as these have the potential to damage your hair. Another factor to think about is the material of your pillowcase, as silk has been shown to protect your hair cuticles and reduce frizz, because it causes less friction when you move in your sleep.
